Returns / Exchanges
We offer 1 exchange/refund per order. Returns / exchanges are excepted, provided the items have not been worn and are in their original condition, return postage is at the cost of the customer.
Please contact us with your order number via email (email@example.com) to organise the return of your product.
You have 14 days after the purchase of your product to request a return. You will then have a further 14 days to resend back your order, once you have made us aware of the return. Your exchange will be issued within 14 days of the return.
Please carefully check the size guide as to avoid any inconveniences or the need for exchanges due to miss sizing.
If for some reason you receive the wrong size than the size you have ordered please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will be happy to sort this issue and exchange your product for the correct size at no extra cost to yourself.

Please note that our products are custom made to order. Due to the nature of our custom products and by law we are unable to offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered (please check size guide for exact sizing). *note you may still be able to exchange your item for the correct size instead.
- No longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour)
